A Victorian silver snuff box, maker Edward Smith, Birmingham, 1856, of oval form with engine turned decoration within scrolling borders, having a gilded interior, 8.8cm wide,
Overall condition is fair to good. All marks are clear and legible, There are no creases or dents other than a very small dent to the cartouche. There are no signs of any erasure or thinning. There are no signs of any repairs or restoration. The hinge is in good order and the lid sits flat to the base. Interior gilding is worn in places.
